Some items from my order arrived damaged – what do I do?Updated 2 months ago
While we do our best to properly secure and package ceramics to survive the journey to you, damages in transit can occur. If you discover that one or more items in your order have arrived damaged, reach out as soon as possible to [email protected] with a picture of the broken item(s), your order number (i.e., ACME_12345), and whether you prefer a replacement or refund.
Once we have your email, we will issue a warranty replacement or refund at no additional cost!
Due to our warranty policy on ceramics, we can only provide replacements or refunds within 7 days from when your order was delivered.
Please ensure to always thoroughly inspect your package within a few days of when it arrives and to contact us immediately after noticing a damaged item.
