My shipment was delivered but I don't have it – what do I do?Updated 2 months ago

First, ensure that all details in your delivery address are correct and that the appropriate delivery instructions are made available (if necessary). 

If no one was home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave the package in a safe location or reroute the package to an authorized depot. 

Be sure to check around your home and with neighbors/building management who may have collected the package for you.
