I received the wrong item in my order – what do I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you discover that the wrong item has been shipped, or notice a missing item, please reach out as soon as possible to [email protected] with your order number (i.e., ACME_12345), an image of the incorrect item, and an image of your packing slip. 

Once we have received your email, we will send out the corrected/missing item with no additional costs! We may ask you to return the incorrect item, but do not worry, we will provide the return label for you. 

To avoid delays in receiving your replacements, please ensure to always thoroughly inspect your package within a few days of when it arrives and to contact us immediately after noticing a discrepancy.
