We strive to process all orders within 24-48 hours of the time they are placed, and our long-standing partnership with UPS and DHL facilitates a quick and efficient cross-border process. 

Our goal is to get your shipment delivered to you within 5-7 business days of when it is dispatched from our warehouse. 

Sometimes, unforeseen circumstances can lead to processing and shipping delays. You can always check the status of your package through the tracking number (provided in the shipping confirmation email).
